We’re inviting filmmakers for a one workshop by independent producer Marc Boothe on Friday 13 November at The Annexe Gallery, Kuala Lumpur.
Marc is a creative producer with a passion for supporting emerging talent, and producing a diverse range of projects across film, new media and visual arts. He is also Founder and Managing Director of B3 Media, an award-winning media arts network, based in Brixton, which has been responsible for a number of innovative talent development initiatives across new media, moving image to digital cinema. B3 aims to create fresh and innovative projects, both short and long form content, to be viewed by a widest possible audience.
This one day session will have participants looking at:

* Film Festival: Developing your game plan
* The art of the hustle
* Filmmaking in a cross-platform world

Marc Boothe
Marc is the Managing Director of Brixton based media arts network B3 Media which has produced a broad slate of innovative projects across film, internet, mobile phone and visual arts.
Marc is also Executive Producer of the highly successful UK-wide digital short scheme Blank Slate (supported by the UK Film Council); PowerLabs, a cross-platform development lab produced in collaboration with the Cultural Leadership Programme/ Arts Council England, Channel4, National Theatre, Tate and the Young Vic and FeatureLab, a feature development programme, for emerging black and minority ethnic writer/ director talent from visual arts, theatre, radio, TV and film, produced in partnership with Film4, Binger Filmlab and Skillset.
He is also developing his next feature for Film Four a comedy/ drama called 'The Amazing Labours of Arthur Glass' by writer/ director Robert Samuels with FilmFour. His first feature as producer was the critically acclaimed Bullet Boy directed by Saul Dibb.
